A Stanley Tucci Recipe

Hey, friends!

How are you doing in these crazy and unpredictable times? Do you have a hobby that’s keeping you sane? Are you taking classes you never imagined? Tell me in the comments!

Whatever you’re doing, you’re gonna want to try this recipe and watch Stanley Tucci’s latest show.

Let me acknowledge straight away I have been MIA. I’ve had so much on my plate, lately that I am just not juggling as well I’d like. With that said, I am working on creating content for the blog. And, I am learning more about what it means to produce an online publication, so, I haven’t been absolutely dormant.

One of the things I’ve flirted with is the idea of producing a digital magazine. I’ve taken a few classes on this to better understand what it means to run and produce a magazine. Who knows how that will turn out, but I love that I am taking the initiative!

Also, I’ve been interviewing interesting women. I interviewed one of the cast members of New Adventures of Old Christine. I’m editing that piece, now. And I spoke to a legally blind (low vision) photographer, editor and videographer. Both were so much fun to chat with.

So keep your eye out for those interviews.

I’ve also been working on home renovations plans and trying to better my health. I am such a MAJOR work in progress on all fronts. It’s all one step at a time. If you feel the same way, you’re in the right place!

Okay, so, while I’m working on my content, you’ve gotta try this recipe by actor Stanley Tucci. I can’t think of a better time to try this than on the weekend.

When Anthony Bourdain died I didn’t think CNN was going to be able to replace him—-and they haven’t. But they did find a new gem in actor, Stanley Tucci.

Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, is a critically-acclaimed six-part CNN Original Series that follows Academy Award nominee Stanley Tucci as he travels across Italy to discover the secrets and delights of the country’s regional cuisines. You can find the show on CNN international.

“During a time when everyone wishes they could travel, the series will transport you through Italy’s cultural past and present through its extraordinary cuisine,” said Tucci. “The food tells the story of this country’s unique history and I’m thrilled to serve as a guide through this journey.”

Me and my husband are all in on this show. If you enjoy a good food and travel show, you will no doubt find Tuccis series satisfying and inspiring.

In the meantime, you’ve got to try this recipe at home. Let me know what you think. Anyone (and I mean ANYONE) can make this dish! Now go! Impress someone with your mad cooking skills and then come back and let me know how it went.
