Lets face it, there’s tons of information on how to look sexy and healthy through your makeup, skincare and exercise. But, did you know? Compression wear can help prevent and treat spider veins and varicose veins. Web MD says they can even help prevent you from getting dizzy when you stand up too fast. My husband got an Acacia wood pizza 🍕 serving paddle for our 4th wedding anniversary. All pizzas are made to order around here by chef 👩🏻‍🍳 husband. I started experiencing pain in my legs and feet after chemotherapy treatments. The pain got so bad some days I couldn’t drive and had to sit more than I could stand. The muscle cramps were excruciating. After treatments came what is called medical #menopause meaning menopause brought about my medications like, chemo meds. My leg pain got worse with menopause plus I spotted a couple of varicose veins. My doctor mentioned compression wear in passing but that was it. As the discomfort got worse I started seeking a solution. Via eastern medicine I became aware of the connection between foot+leg health and overall health. I started seeking compression hose but was disappointed with what I found.
